Accommodation in Uplyme
Our 5 rooms at the Talbot Arms provide accommodation in Uplyme. They are a row of cottages situated at the rear of the pub in the garden area. The lovely thing about our bed and breakfast rooms, is that you can come and go as you please without having to come through the pub, as each room has its very own front door. Because of the lovely location of our accommodation, we can accommodate late arrivals and late check outs, just discuss this with us when you book.
We have 4 Double rooms and 1 Twin; we can accommodate single or double occupancy bookings. Please be aware there are a few steps down from the car park to the rooms and again up into the pub.
Our check in time is after 14:00pm and our check out time is before 10:30am.

Please do let us know on booking if you have any specific dietary requirements, this will never be a problem for us! If the weather is nice you can even eat your breakfast outside in our sunny garden!
We usually ask for full payment on booking or by an agreed date. After payment, if you need to cancel you will receive a full refund if you cancel 7 days prior to arrival. We suggest you might like to take out travel insurance.
People visiting the area for holidays or to attend courses regularly use our accommodation. For example if you are attending a wedding at River Cottage, or attending a course at Axminster Power Tools we are the pefect base.

Price Updates
We have kept our room prices the same for the past 3 years but from October 2021 we are having to increase our tariff just slightly.
We will update our new tariff before the end of September but in the meantime please do give us a ring on 01297 443136 if you have any more questions.
